Virtual Battery SIL Integration: Fault Injection, Diagnostics, and System Behaviour

Date & Time:

February 19, 2026 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm IST

Battery faults are rare, unpredictable, and difficult to test safely—yet they are the very scenarios that define the robustness of an EV or energy storage system. In this webinar, oorja unveils a breakthrough capability: a virtual battery that lives inside your SIL environment, allowing controlled, repeatable fault injection without risking hardware or safety.

This digital twin behaves like a real battery pack, with chemistry-specific behavior, thermal behavior, degradation, and more. OEMs, pack manufacturers, and cell developers can now introduce faults at will, observe system-level responses, and fine-tune diagnostic, BMS, and safety algorithms with unprecedented precision.

Think of it as placing a faulty battery pack inside an EV—but doing it entirely virtually.

Join us to discover how this tool enables you to:

  1. Replicate any fault condition (thermal, electrical, mechanical, aging, imbalance, etc.) safely and repeatedly.

  2. Calibrate your system-level tools in SIL to detect and flag faults correctly.

  3. Validate resilience and safety logics of BMS, vehicle controllers, and embedded algorithms.

  4. Accelerate development cycles by eliminating physical testing bottlenecks.

  5. Bridge design + simulation + operations with a high-fidelity digital battery twin

This webinar is perfect for: EV OEMs, Battery Pack Manufacturers, Cell Manufacturers, BMS Teams, and Safety & Validation Engineers.
